1. General Information

This website is operated by Zaynah’s Studio, based in the United Kingdom.

By using this website/placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.

2. Products

  • Original artwork and prints: Colours may vary slightly depending on screen display and print production.

  • Commissions: a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. This deposit goes towards the final price, and as each piece is made to your specific preferences, commissioned artworks are non-refundable.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change at any time without notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected.

  • Full payment is required before any order is processed.

4. Charity Contribution

As part of our commitment to meaningful work, 10% of profits are donated to support families in Palestine.

Thank you for supporting both my small business and charitable causes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 3–7 working days unless otherwise stated.

  • Custom commissions may take longer and will be discussed individually.

  • Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays, customs, or lost parcels once dispatched.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

6. Returns & Refunds

Prints & Original Artwork: Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Custom & Commissioned Pieces: Custom artwork is non-refundable once work has begun.

Please ensure all spellings and details are confirmed before approval.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Zaynah’s Studio.

  • Purchasing a print, original painting, or commission does not transfer copyright.

  • Customers receive the artwork for personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to display and use images of commissioned works for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Custom Orders

For commissioned work:

  • A clear brief must be agreed before work begins.

  • Progress updates may be shared at our discretion.

  • Minor revisions may be allowed depending on the agreement.

  • Significant changes after approval may incur additional charges.

9. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Postal delays outside our control

  • Minor variations in colour or texture due to handmade processes

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
